Mark is based in our Christchurch office. He is also available for an appointment in any of our other offices.

Mark joined Corcoran French’s Litigation Team in 2004. Mark started his legal career in Dunedin, before working in the UK where his work included public inquiries, civil claims and prosecutions.

Mark acts for a range of clients from individuals through to companies in all courts and tribunals. His work includes leaky home claims, debt recovery, construction and insurance disputes, contract and commercial disputes, and other civil cases.

Mark also regularly acts for employers, providing advice on dealing with disputes and grievances from staff and on how to maximise employers’ protection in employment agreements. Mark also acts for employees in their disputes and personal grievances against current or former employers.
