• Revocation of ACC Cover

  • If ACC is considering revoking or ceasing your ACC cover, we can advise you on steps to take. 

• Ongoing ACC Entitlements and Rehabilitation Decisions

  • We can help where ACC is assessing you for rehabilitation or decides that you now have Vocational Independence.  We can refer you to an appropriate medical specialist for a second opinion and, if necessary, take the matter to review or appeal.

  • If ACC declines a claim for surgery costs, we can help by referring you to a specialist and taking the matter to review if necessary.

• Negotiation of Independent Rehabilitation Plans

  • If you are not happy with your Rehabilitation Plan we can help review and negotiate its terms with you and ACC.
