Email Communications
When we send an email, that message and any attachments contain information that is confidential and may be legally privileged.
As stated in all of our email communications, if you are not the intended recipient of the email, any use, disclosure or copying of that message or attachments is strictly prohibited.
We also ask that if you have received an email message in error that you contact us immediately and destroy all copies of the message and attachments.
Any attached files are provided to you and may be used by you on the basis that you assume responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the attached files.
We do have systems in place to scan outgoing emails, but you must scan any incoming emails or any attached file for viruses. Corcoran French do not represent or warrant that the files attached to our emails from our offices are free from computer viruses or other defects.
